Service Details:

  • Scalp Micropigmentation is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure where we apply natural pigments to the scalp to create the appearance of fuller, thicker hair.

  • Booking: All appointments for treatments must be booked through the contact form on our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by email.

Service Availability:

  • Services are provided at our clinic located at 44 S Molton St, London W1K 5RT.

  • We reserve the right to refuse the service if we believe it is not suitable for a particular case.

 

2. Payments

Payments for our services can be made in the following ways:

Payments In-Person:

  • Pay Per Session – Pay after each visit.

  • Pay in Full – One-time payment before treatment.

Website Payments:

  • Monthly Payments with Klarna – Spread the cost into manageable installments.

Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway, and Klarna offers the option to pay in installments.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Payments are non-refundable after the service has been performed.

  • If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

 

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Booking Process: By booking an appointment through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or email, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments:

    • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without any charges.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking their appointment, including personal details and medical history that may be relevant to the treatment.

  • Medical Contraindications: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health conditions or medications that may affect the suitability of the treatment.

  • Consent: By booking an appointment, you consent to the scalp micropigmentation treatment and accept the associated risks.
